A year ago I found this gem of a Dental office while searching on google for the best place to take my 70yr old hispanic mother that was very set in her old ways of traveling to Mexico for dental care. I decided to wait long enough to give my honest review of this office and Dr. Dao. The staff and Dr Dao have been amazing. My mother feels very comfortable coming here. She loves how friendly Dr Dao and her team are, and how well they explain everything. They have Dental assistants who speak Spanish, and Dr Dao understands and speaks some as well so the language barrier was never an issue. I highly recommend Monrovia Dental Care. Dr. Dao is very professional and highly knowledgeable.

It was my first time here in Monrovia Dental Care office. I'm treated with kindness and professional treatment. I needed a root canal and the dentist knew it was bad, so I have an appointment for a root canal. Which my previous dentist couldn't care for 4 months.

They are beyond amazing. Dr. Refela is always nice and explains everything. The staff are very nice and accommodating. My whole family goes to her, even my kids love going there.

Dr. Lan Dao is a smile transformation pro! She has exceptional skills and expertise in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Dao’s precision and eye for detail is unmatched! Her artistic talent gave me an absolute amazing smile! Getting my crowns has given me a significant boost in my self-esteem and I smile more. Dr. Dao’s kindness and compassion is a plus! She also takes care of all my dental emergencies. The whole team is friendly, professional, and welcoming. The office is pristine and I haven’t had a long wait. I wholeheartedly recommend their practice to anyone seeking high-end dental care in a welcoming environment.

My heart feels relief from all the past negative experiences. I have recommended to Dr. Dao from Dr. Shuffer (my son family dentist). I took all my guts and stepped out of my fears from previous dental nightmares. I feel super please with Monrovia DentalCare have done in given full details check up with gentle and care plus professional consultations. They calmed down my nervous and fear by providing great “CARE” as their signature DentalCare.

I’ve been coming here for 14+ years. I’ve moved and still drive 45 miles just for Dr. Dao. Love their office. Staff is always so nice.

Dr. Dao is the best. I live in Northridge and I choose to drive all the way to Monrovia because Dr. Dao is a Dr. who cares, does not recommend unnecessary treatments, speaks from personal experience with her own oral care, and I wouldn’t change her for any other dentist. I vistes other dentists throughout the years because I thought the distance was too far, but i ended up paying for all these extra treatments, and ended up feeling more like an ATM than a patient. That is not the case with Dr. Dao, I have been under her care on and off for about 15 years and I would absolutely recommend her. She is a compassionate medical professional and not a money-hungry individual like a lot of dentists out there. The staff are also very nice, attentive, and respectful. I appreciate that they don’t have conversations amongst themselves when a patient is waiting by their front desk, that level of attention goes a long way. Great customer service.

Dr. Rafela is the best dentist I ever had, and I’m a menace. I have a lot of anxiety around dental work. She’s incredibly sweet and intuitive. She’s the reason why I’m finally so on top of my dental visits!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Dao and the team at Monrovia Dentalcare. I came in with tooth pain and was very nervous, but Dr Dao immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, conservative and extremely detail-oriented. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, walked me through my options and never made me feel rushed or pressured into treatment, which I appreciate! Dr Dao genuinely wants what's best for patients. The entire staff is amazing- friendly, professional and welcoming the moment you walk in. Everyone is kind and attentive.
